Brookwood is located at the southernmost tip of the Buckhead, its pricier neighbor. It should not be confused with Brookwood Hills, a neighborhood and historic district east of Brookwood across Peachtree Road.
With a population of 5,748, Brookwood offers residents an urban feel without losing the sense of community. There are plentiful bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Neighborhood parks include pools and tennis courts and host regular events neighbors can take part in. Travel the BeltLine Northside Trail through the Tanyard Creek Park urban wilderness.
