About Mark Battleson
Since moving to Atlanta in 1992, Mark has lived in Atlanta’s primary Intown markets: Buckhead, Midtown, Chastain Park, Inman Park, Peachtree Hills, Decatur, Emory, Virginia Highland and Vinings. By virtue of his diverse experiences in each part of the city, Mark offers clients insights about the transformational history of these neighborhoods that comes from truly living in them.
Mark began his real estate career representing developers and capital providers as an attorney with Arnall Golden Gregory LLP in Atlanta. Throughout his career Mark has worked in deal terms as a real estate agent, investment banker, attorney, asset manager and principal in developments and existing assets with a value in excess of $2.5 billion, and he continues to provide advisory services in the multi-housing residential space and develops homes.
All of these experiences, along with his partnership with Erik Fortner, provide for a methodical, detailed, solutions-based execution of every home search and transaction. Mark is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, coaches his son’s soccer and baseball teams, and is involved with various organizations throughout the city.
