New development on the Beltline is going to add residences and retail space behind the Masquerade music venue, fronting onto the Old Fourth Ward Park. Curbed Atlanta reports that the outdoor section of the music venue is going to become parking. But no plans have been announced as to what will happen to the Masquerade’s indoor music venue, other than that the historic landmark, would be “retained and rehabilitated as the centerpiece of the new development.”
