Poncey–Highland is a vibrant intown, Eastside Atlanta neighborhood. It’s named after the intersection of Ponce de Leon Avenue and North Highland Avenue. Established between 1905 and 1930, it’s bordered by Druid Hills, Candler Park, Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park. It’s home to the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library off of Freedom Parkway. The BeltLine Eastside Trail, a multi-use corridor of walking and biking paths and eventually a light rail line, borders Poncey-Highland.

Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association

Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association (PHNA) participates in the decision-making and governing policies that affect the community. They host monthly meetings and publish a monthly email with meeting reminders, upcoming events, and updates. Additionally, neighbors can connect through the Poncey-Highland Facebook group, Instagram, and the Nextdoor Poncey-Highland Neighborhood forum. The Association encourages all who live, work, and play in and around Poncey-Highland to get involved with PHNA.
